Personalized Health Coaching

“The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit.”

Are you trying to improve your eating habits? Improve your sleeping habits? Commit to a healthier diet? Are you trying to lose weight or build a better fitness regimen?

There's so much information out there related to health and wellness that it can be overwhelming to understand what's the best approach for you. Most people just need to be pointed in the right direction with tweaks to their diet and lifestyle habits and have someone hold them accountable to make those small tweaks a daily habit.

That's where a health coach comes in.

This program is not a pre-defined, scripted package. You, your health and your goals are unique. If you're looking for a magic pill or quick fix for your health issues, you're on the wrong site. Yes, most underlying health issues can be fixed with simple approaches, but it's implementing gradual changes to diet and lifestyle and committing to long-term health that will lead to the greatest transformation.

so how does this Work?

First, we'll meet for a free one-hour consultation. I want to learn about you, your health history and your health and wellness goals. You can learn more about me, my background and my approach.

Whether we work together after that depends on if we both feel it’s a good fit. Zero pressure. Zero obligation. Pretty simple, right?

What Can you Expect?

Just like any team, a coach can't be on the field to execute plays. Execution is on the players. But the coach sets up a game plan for success and holds the players accountable.

We'll work together for six months, meeting twice a month. Once your goals are established, you can expect a game plan to steer you in the right direction, and you'll be given as much education, guidance and support as necessary. And yes, I'll hold you accountable to see the changes necessary through to becoming daily habits. And I'll always be available to help you, guide you and answer any questions in between sessions.

Why should you do this?

To invest in yourself. To invest in your energy and your longevity. Will it be hard? Probably. Change is never easy. You may need to step away from poor but comfortable habits. You may need to step outside of your comfort zone.

But as someone who has fought fatigue, brain fog and gut issues and made the necessary changes in diet and lifestyle, I can tell you with absolute certainty that the other side feels great. Want to learn more?
