Hi, I'm Brian

I'm a health coach and endurance athlete based in Boulder, Colorado. As a graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I help individuals improve the daily actions and habits - sleep, diet, exercise, gut health, mindfulness, stress management - that lead to long-term health, longevity and vitality. 

In addition, my team and I partner with business owners and HR leaders to reduce burnout, improve employee health and build badass cultures where employees feel engaged, connected and valued. We deliver in-person or virtual programs customized to what your organization needs and cares about. Our goal is that employees feel great, and that you can actually see it in your culture and your results.
